Design and oversee integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS, middleware, REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
Establish data governance standards covering golden records, master data hierarchies, and canonical entity models for accounts, contacts, employees, and financial projects.
Own the identity architecture by managing single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, joiner-mover-leaver automation, and least-privilege access models.
Support compliance audit readiness for SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2 by designing appropriate access controls, segregation of duties, and audit trails.
Partner with functional leaders in Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, and Legal to translate strategic goals into scalable technical designs.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in enterprise IT, business systems, or solutions architecture, with at least 3 years operating in a dedicated architect capacity.
Deep hands-on experience implementing and customizing NetSuite, alongside strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved searches.
Working knowledge of Okta administration, Google Workspace, and Slack Enterprise Grid.
Proven expertise in architecting and building integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms using iPaaS tools, APIs, and event streams.
Demonstrated ability to design systems and access controls meeting strict compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
Strong understanding of identity, access management, and zero-trust principles, paired with excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Professional experience working within healthcare, telehealth, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience administering Atlassian tooling at scale, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard.
Exposure to modern data platforms and analytics integration such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Fivetran.
