Key Responsibilities

Produce core advisory outputs alongside a Principal, including market research, impact sizing, synthesis, and workshop materials.
Manage daily operations of engagements, overseeing timelines, trackers, and serving as the central source of truth from kickoff to final readout.
Weave technical and feasibility findings from Solutions Engineering into coherent client stories.
Build research and supporting assets for pre-sales conversations and assist in creating vertical thought leadership.
Generate debrief notes, findings write-ups, and structured hand-offs to turn each engagement into reusable knowledge.
Automate team workflows and build AI-powered solutions to streamline status tracking, recaps, and readouts.
Establish baseline measurement and tracking protocols for client initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, ideally including consultant-equivalent roles at Tier 1 firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
Strong preference for past involvement in artificial intelligence strategy or transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving to decode ambiguous information.
Excellent written communication skills capable of producing clean, executive-ready drafts.
High level of diligence and organization to manage multiple active workstreams under strict time constraints.
Technical curiosity and capability to evaluate engineering architectures and accuracy standards.
Daily familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools to accelerate work processes.
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to articulate return on investment and identify upsell opportunities.
Readiness to travel between 30 to 60 percent of the time, potentially including international trips.

Nice to Have

Hands-on background in 0-to-1 development or deployment of generative AI applications inside enterprise environments.
Prior exposure to enterprise artificial intelligence or target verticals such as Consumer, Financial & Professional Services, or Healthcare & Life Sciences.
Experience designing and synthesizing design-thinking workshops.

Salary and Benefits

Base salary range of $141,600 to $177,000 USD for full-time positions located in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle.
