Liaise with vendors to investigate and clear up any discrepancies or missing information.
Execute payments for authorized invoices according to designated approval workflows.
Keep records tidy and supply documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma, with a degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
One to three or more years of background in accounts payable or general accounting.
Practical knowledge of three-way matching principles.
Familiarity with general ledger coding and department cost allocations.
Competence in using accounting software, Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong focus on precision and data accuracy under tight deadlines.
