Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation for early-stage and enterprise companies.
Engage with complex customer organizations, connecting directly with C-level executives, AI leaders, legal teams, and procurement stakeholders.
Build and execute strategies for product demonstrations, pipeline generation, and deal closures.
Identify technical pain points and qualify ideal use cases for deploying Devin across large technology organizations.
Channel customer insights back to the internal product and engineering teams to shape future development.

Requirements

Proven history of successfully selling complex technical products to enterprise clients.
Hands-on technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward deployed engineer, or an exceptional capacity to master complex technical concepts quickly.
Ability to excel and maintain momentum in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
High drive and grit to consistently succeed in a high-intensity startup setting.

Nice to Have

Background as a former startup founder.
Direct experience sourcing and closing large enterprise software contracts.
Academic training in computer science or past coding experience combined with a customer-facing go-to-market career.
Highly competitive and ambitious mindset suited for high-intensity workplaces.
