Dscout provides a flexible experience research platform designed to help teams connect with participants and gather in-context insights. The company serves researchers, designers, and product teams across industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, retail, and consumer goods, enabling them to validate ideas, iterate quickly, and understand human behaviors through methods like usability testing, interviews, field studies, and diary studies.

In addition to traditional research tools, Dscout builds AI-native capabilities through Dscout AI Studio. This platform combines authentic human feedback with agentic artificial intelligence tools to automate study creation, power AI-moderated interviews across time zones, surface patterns and themes, and generate concise summaries and dynamic follow-up questions from qualitative data.

To support its platform development, Dscout is building distributed product and engineering teams. Current open roles span multiple functional areas, including GTM Systems Administration, Software Engineering, Applied AI Engineering, and AI Product Management. These positions offer remote working arrangements across specific regions, including the United States and India, reflecting a globally distributed team structure that includes both engineering and product development talent.
