About this role

The Virtual Events Manager will design and scale live online experiences that convert audiences into active users and qualified pipeline. Responsibilities include mastering the product suite, hosting interactive broadcasts, collaborating across departments to source expert speakers, and measuring bottom-line business returns.

The role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build a scalable event engine from the ground up.
What you will do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product suite by testing new features, building workflows, and staying aligned with the engineering teams.
- Manage virtual events end to end, covering strategy, calendar planning, speaker staffing, live production, and post-event reviews.
- Host, moderate, and present live product demonstrations with clarity to professional audiences.
- Partner with internal departments such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to recruit and prepare expert speakers.
- Collaborate with growth and lifecycle teams on promotion plans to drive registrations and run channel experiments.
- Repurpose event recordings and materials into assets like replays, clips, and sales follow-ups.
- Track funnel metrics from registration to revenue, analyzing cost efficiency and return on investment.
- Establish operational processes, including intake workflows, production checklists, and run-of-show templates.
What you need
- Bring three or more years of experience in virtual events, product marketing, customer education, demand generation, or related functions.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn technical products deeply and translate complex capabilities into simple live demonstrations.
- Possess a polished on-camera presence with prior experience hosting, interviewing, moderating, or presenting.
- Show strong cross-functional instincts to recruit and coordinate subject-matter experts without formal authority.
- Display full-funnel growth fluency, including registration strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign testing.
- Apply analytical rigor to define channel metrics, work with CRM and marketing automation data, and calculate ROI.
- Maintain high production judgment and attention to detail for live moderation and fallback planning.
