Role Overview

Sarvam AI is seeking a Technical Partner Enablement Manager for a full-time position based in Bengaluru within the Deployment Engineering department. This hands-on technical role focuses on driving the engineering core of Sarvam Circle by shaping partner certifications, setting rigorous quality standards, and enabling external engineering teams to build successfully on the platform.

Key Requirements

Bring at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Familiarity with systems integrators or consulting firms, understanding their engineering operations, staffing models, and potential quality gaps.
Strong technical background capable of reviewing implementations, identifying potential failure points, and holding peer-level design conversations with partner engineering leads.
Demonstrated experience building capability at scale through enablement programmes, certifications, training, or technical onboarding.
Solid understanding of agentic AI, production LLMs, evaluations, and scaling challenges, with the ability to train uninitiated engineers to competence.
Ability to hold strict quality standards under pressure without letting standards slip.
Comfortable building systems from zero without existing templates or precedents.
