Role Overview

This position involves partnering directly with top-tier clients and senior executives to reshape how their businesses operate in an AI-driven environment. Unlike traditional consulting roles that end with recommendations, this opportunity requires driving initiatives from strategy through execution. Candidates will work from the New York office four to five days per week, operating with significant autonomy to create new capabilities and design operational roadmaps for the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive AI transformation engagements with major strategic customers to design new, AI-native operating models.
Create transformation roadmaps focused on ambitious targets, such as achieving high levels of automation for onsite work.
Manage engagements end-to-end, covering problem diagnosis, strategy development, initiative launching, and measurement.
Build new transformation capabilities and consulting practices, including standard operating procedure redesign and change management.
Execute high-priority strategic initiatives originating from the Chief Strategy Officer's office to shape company growth and product strategy.
Invent and launch novel concepts that take ideas from initial brainstorming through full implementation.
Design programs and playbooks that accelerate AI adoption for customers at scale.

Requirements

Possess three to four years of prior experience in management consulting or working in founder or operator roles at high-growth startups.
Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to make data-driven strategic choices.
Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing capabilities.
Show a proven ability to take ownership and act autonomously in fast-paced settings.
Work as a hands-on, execution-oriented problem solver with a get-it-done attitude.
Maintain a high-standards mindset and willingness to work in person at the New York office four to five days weekly.
