Role Overview

EliseAI is seeking an AI Deployments PM to join the Future Platforms team in New York City. This position requires working on-site four to five days a week. Operating like a startup within a startup, the Future Platforms team focuses on next-generation AI products, pushing toward end-to-end autonomous operations for the housing sector. The professional in this role will drive hands-on deployments, analyze customer data, collaborate with internal product and engineering teams, and establish scalable launch processes.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage customer deployments from initial discovery through launch, ensuring timelines stay on track and blockers are resolved.
Partner directly with customer teams, including property managers, operations leaders, and accounting controllers, to understand specific requirements and workflows.
Review customer data, identify discrepancies, and determine correct information flows into EliseAI products.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to investigate issues, set priorities, and translate deployment insights into product enhancements.
Establish practical processes and documentation to make future product rollouts faster and more reliable.
Communicate project progress, potential risks, and key decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Attract top-tier talent to support the growing team.

Requirements

Two to four years of experience in analytical problem-solving and complex project ownership, with potential backgrounds in consulting, banking, data analytics, or early-stage startups.
Strong analytical capabilities with comfort working directly in spreadsheets and handling imperfect data.
Ability to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, and maintain momentum when facing unclear paths forward.
Clear communication skills paired with the confidence to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
A self-starter attitude, taking full ownership of details and engaging in hands-on execution.
Willingness to work in person at the New York City office four to five days a week.
