Role Overview

EliseAI ships fast, and the company knowledge systems must keep pace with rapid development. In this position, the professional will develop the strategy behind customer-facing help centers, internal knowledge hubs, and AI-powered answer tools utilized daily by Support and Solutions Engineering. Working on the Product Excellence team and reporting to the Head of Product Excellence, the individual serves as a bridge between technical teams and operational groups, transforming organizational knowledge into clear, accessible information.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the roadmap for internal and external knowledge experiences.
Monitor and elevate the coverage, structure, freshness, accuracy, and findability of customer-facing help center content.
Enhance the internal knowledge hub and AI answer surfaces utilized by Solutions Engineering and Support teams.
Collaborate with technical colleagues to strengthen pipelines that convert product releases and support tickets into reliable documentation.
Establish and measure metrics regarding knowledge quality, usage, adoption, and coverage.
Design repeatable operational workflows to extract information from busy engineers, product managers, and implementation leads.
Utilize AI utilities like Claude Code and Cursor to prototype workflows, craft prompts, and streamline knowledge generation.
Cultivate trust across departments to enable subject-matter experts to contribute efficiently without delays.

Requirements

Background in knowledge strategy, product operations, content operations, or a comparable discipline.
Exceptional writing capabilities to translate complex technical concepts into straightforward material.
Robust systems thinking skills to resolve recurring challenges via scalable operational frameworks.
Familiarity with AI tools, prompt design, and lightweight workflow creation.
Capability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Solutions, Support, and Implementation without direct authority.
Strong judgment to secure the confidence of senior technical and operational leaders.
Proven methods for gathering structured data from busy subject matter experts.
Aptitude for balancing speed, quality, and coverage during periods of rapid scaling.
Preparedness to work on-site at the New York City office four to five days a week.

Nice to Have

Previous ownership of a documentation surface or knowledge hub at an artificial intelligence-first organization.
Exposure to retrieval quality, RAG evaluation, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
Background in vertical AI or SaaS sectors.
Experience orchestrating knowledge programs across fast-moving product teams.

Salary and Benefits
