Key Responsibilities

Collaborate across departments to analyze current go-to-market operations and identify areas for improvement.
Implement AI-driven automation to streamline and enhance revenue workflows with a strong focus on scalability and precision.
Utilize built-in platforms alongside custom code using webhooks, APIs, JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Scripts.
Manage initiatives completely from initial prototyping and testing through full deployment and team training.
Measure the return on investment, system usage, and overall performance of newly introduced technologies.
Test emerging software options continuously to advance internal innovation.
Serve as an internal authority regarding artificial intelligence tools used for go-to-market strategies.
Source and attract talented individuals to support the expanding organization.

Requirements

Minimum of two years working in an operations or technical capacity that involved coding or utilizing low-code and no-code platforms.
Demonstrated capability in moving information seamlessly across platforms through webhooks and APIs.
Experience guiding initiatives from conception and experimentation to full organizational adoption.
Comfortable working in environments characterized by ambiguity with a strong drive for automation.
Familiarity with and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence technologies.
Strong interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all company levels.
Analytical mindset capable of monitoring performance metrics and financial returns.
Practical understanding of or empathy for standard sales, marketing, customer success, and recruitment processes.

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
Administrative experience handling revenue tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or Attention.
Readiness to work from the New York office four to five days each week.
