Role Overview

Fireworks AI seeks a Strategic Projects Lead to operate at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams. Based in San Mateo with remote flexibility, this full-time role within the product organization requires deep knowledge of company products and users to execute high-priority, end-to-end company projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and establish new strategic capabilities, including novel Go-To-Market motions and standardized playbooks.
Forge deep client relationships and guide strategic customer engagements from initial sale through long-term success.
Assess product roadmap needs and develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives, such as model launches and partnership creation, from definition to completion.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience operating within a high-ownership, fast-paced setting such as consulting, product management, software, or banking.
An entrepreneurial mindset marked by an eagerness to handle diverse tasks, identify problems, and execute fast.
Capability to engage fluently with senior stakeholders across client and partner organizations.
Technical fluency covering cloud platforms, machine learning infrastructure, or artificial intelligence.
Demonstrated history of leading complex cross-functional or technical initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-backed decisions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
