Requirements

Minimum of ten years of progressive experience specializing in stock administration, equity compensation, or related financial disciplines.
Direct background supporting a late-stage private firm, public entity, or major capital-markets transaction.
Comprehensive understanding of equity-related tax, securities, payroll, accounting standards including ASC 718, and corporate governance rules.
Familiarity with public-market protocols such as Section 16 compliance, Rule 10b5-1 plans, and SOX control frameworks.
Strong quantitative aptitude with the capability to manage complex datasets, cap tables, and routine reconciliations.

Nice to Have

Possession of a Certified Equity Professional designation or equivalent industry credential.
Direct history of navigating an organization through an initial public offering.
Experience executing platform migrations or implementing new equity tracking software.
Background launching employee stock purchase plans or managing multi-country equity participant populations.

Skills and Tools

Deep expertise in capitalization management and equity lifecycle administration.
Proficiency with major equity administration platforms such as Carta, Morgan Stanley at Work, Shareworks, E*TRADE, or Computershare.
