Role Overview
The Staff Software Engineer, CV UX will serve as the primary technical leader for the Computer Vision User Experience team. In this role, the engineer architects robust end-to-end systems across mobile applications and backend services, tackles complex scaling challenges, and elevates engineering standards. Within the first three months, the developer ramps into the technology stack, builds cross-functional relationships, and delivers an initial end-to-end feature. By month six, the role involves owning architectural discussions for TrueMotion features, enhancing system observability, and optimizing performance. Over the first year, the professional acts as the central technical authority for architecture, mentors engineering personnel, and drives regular quarterly system upgrades.
