Requirements

Bring extensive professional experience working directly at or closely with a German accounting-tech company.
Provide tangible examples of products successfully taken from initial inception to launch or significantly scaled.
Focus heavily on measurable outcomes rather than just shipping features, while showing readiness to make difficult trade-offs.
Maintain an AI-native working style by applying artificial intelligence to research, analysis, specification writing, and user testing.
Demonstrate native-level fluency in German to effectively navigate the local landscape, alongside strong English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.
