Role Overview

The Staff Data Analyst - Compliance position at Qonto in Paris is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to build the analytics foundations that power compliance execution. This role suits a data expert eager to take ownership of a brand-new scope involving KYC and KYB funnels, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Build compliance process monitoring from scratch by establishing the data infrastructure for onboarding funnel analytics and remediation financial exposure.
Model and transform data using dbt in collaboration with the Analytics Engineer Team to create end-to-end transformation pipelines.
Turn complex regulatory questions into self-service assets by partnering with Product, Ops, Risk and Compliance, and Internal Control teams.
Own KYC and KYB funnel analytics end-to-end to deliver actionable insights on customer service initiation, validation, refusal reasons, and document gaps.
Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure by measuring monthly recurring revenue secured, at risk, or lost across active campaigns.

Requirements

Professional background featuring experience in compliance or regulated environments, including analytical work on KYC, KYB, AML, or remediation processes.
Demonstrated self-service product mindset with the ability to design dashboards and data models for autonomous end-user exploration.
Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management across multiple business teams.
Strong expertise in SQL and data modelling, including building transformation pipelines and enforcing data quality.
AI-native workflow habits with active use of artificial intelligence tools to accelerate analytical tasks.
Fluent proficiency in the English language.
