Role Overview

Bobyard is hiring a Staff Product Manager for a full-time, in-person position based in San Francisco. This senior individual contributor position involves setting multi-year product vision, guiding 0-to-1 initiatives, and shaping AI product experiences within the construction technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Own product strategy across multiple surfaces by establishing a multi-year vision for takeoff and pre-construction workflows.
Develop deep customer expertise by working closely with estimators, general contractors, and project managers.
Lead 0-to-1 initiatives from initial thesis to repeatable revenue.
Collaborate with engineering and machine learning teams to design AI product experiences, automation boundaries, and accuracy metrics.
Drive cross-functional alignment with leadership across sales, marketing, engineering, design, and customer success.
Mentor other product managers and elevate product development standards.

Requirements

Seven or more years of product management experience with a history of owning product line strategy.
Experience launching at least one 0-to-1 product that achieved customer traction.
Background in developing AI or machine learning products, or B2B software for complex workflows.
Ability to exercise strong judgment under ambiguity and synthesize complex inputs into defensible plans.
Experience mentoring product managers or contributing to product practices on growing teams.
