For USA-based roles, the annual base salary ranges from $139,000 USD to $202,000 USD. For Canada-based roles, the annual base salary ranges from $124,000 CAD to $180,000 CAD. Additional compensation and benefits include immediate participation in health and dental insurance, retirement programs (401k or RRSP), generous paid time off, an equity grant, and incentive program participation where applicable.
