Role Overview

1Password is hiring a Director of Product, AI Growth to lead artificial intelligence business expansion and manage product strategy for emerging markets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, this remote role is open to candidates based in the United States and Canada. The position requires travel to customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events for approximately 10 to 20 percent of the year.

Key Responsibilities

Own the growth thesis for artificial intelligence opportunities, identifying customer segments, winning outcomes, and targeted workflows based on market and customer evidence.
Form and test hypotheses using product usage data, customer feedback, and market research alongside product, user experience, product marketing, and go-to-market teams.
Lead a weekly business review to combine customer voice, field feedback, and product usage telemetry to refine targets and forecast roadmap impact.
Manage the design customer program from selection to delivered outcomes, acting as the accountable general contractor for agentic access deployments.
Build technology partnerships and integrations, working with business development on commercial terms and integration patterns.
Collaborate with product enablement and developer relations to create reference architectures, sample code, and demo content for the field and developer community.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including carrying a revenue or adoption target.
Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry from hypothesis to production.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments and translating them into repeatable sales motions.
Experience building technology integrations and partnerships, including determining product positioning and commercial terms.
Technical depth to hold credible conversations with developers and security architects regarding AI agent access and deployment.
Demonstrated ability to build alignment across engineering and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and advance work with incomplete information in a dynamic market.
End-to-end ownership, working AI-first by using agents in daily routines and applying personal judgment.

Nice to Have

Experience or preference for security products, agentic products, or developer tools.
Familiarity with agentic access products that provide credentials and system access to AI agents.

Salary and Benefits

For USA-based roles: Annual base salary between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, immediate participation in benefits programs including health, dental, and 401k, paid time off, an equity grant, and incentive program participation.
For Canada-based roles: Annual base salary between $208,000 CAD and $312,000 CAD, alongside local benefits.
