Role Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Technology manages the execution of complex multi-team programs related to go-to-market systems. Operating within the Business Technology information technology division, this team member coordinates planning, manages timelines, and collaborates directly with systems and integration teams supporting Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of strategic lead-to-cash programs from initial planning through launch and final retrospective reviews.
Synchronize cross-functional team members regarding program scope, sequencing, and major milestones across customer relationship management, marketing automation, sales engagement, and configure, price, quote platforms.
Synchronize execution across Business Technology go-to-market systems and integration teams to maintain project schedules.
Identify potential risks, project dependencies, and operational trade-offs early to facilitate timely decisions with appropriate stakeholders.
Provide executives with concise written program health updates without creating extra overhead for delivery teams.
Help build shared, artificial intelligence-enabled program management practices to accelerate delivery as the department expands.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of working background in technical program management or closely related fields, featuring a history of launching complex cross-functional go-to-market systems programs at rapidly scaling business-to-business software-as-a-service companies.
Prior leadership experience managing at least one quote-to-cash, customer relationship management, configure, price, quote, or billing systems program from start to finish.
Practical familiarity with go-to-market platforms like Salesforce and their integrations to evaluate technical trade-offs and guide systems teams effectively.
Proven capacity to guide senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance departments without direct hierarchical authority.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to transform intricate programs into concise executive summaries.
Good judgment regarding processes and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations with appropriate structures.
