Role Overview

Harvey seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to join the finance team in Dublin. The professional in this position will take charge of the collections process and build a scalable framework to support international expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete accounts receivable and collections workflow, covering customer communication, invoice follow-up, dispute resolution, and cash application.
Build and refine a repeatable collections framework to support organizational scaling.
Track and report on DSO, aging reports, and other key accounts receivable metrics to improve cash collection timeframes.
Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Deal Operations, and Customer Success to address billing issues and maintain timely invoicing.
Create internal controls, policies, and procedures for accounts receivable to ensure audit readiness and compliance with accounting standards.
Optimize billing systems and tools like NetSuite to enhance order-to-cash efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of progressive background in billing, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash administration within a technology or SaaS setting.
Knowledge of credit management, cash application, and collections methodologies.
Experience in developing or upgrading accounts receivable processes and controls within a fast-moving organization.
Working knowledge of billing platforms, ERP systems such as NetSuite, and dunning applications like Tesorio.
Communication and stakeholder management capabilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
