Role Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Technology leads the delivery of cross-functional programs within the Business Technology IT organization at Harvey. Joining an early program management team, the professional in this role ensures that multi-team go-to-market technology initiatives remain well-coordinated, properly planned, and delivered on schedule. Collaboration with GTM systems and integrations teams directly supports departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete end-to-end delivery lifecycle for strategic lead-to-cash initiatives, covering stages from initial planning to launch and post-launch reviews.
Align cross-functional groups regarding scope, milestones, and task sequencing for initiatives touching CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and CPQ platforms.
Coordinate execution across Business Technology integration and GTM systems teams to maintain project alignment.
Identify dependencies, project risks, and operational trade-offs early to facilitate timely decisions by responsible owners.
Provide executive leadership with concise status reports detailing program health without creating unnecessary overhead for delivery teams.
Help shape shared, AI-assisted program management methodologies to accelerate delivery as the Business Technology organization scales.

Requirements

Eight or more years of professional experience in technical program management or a closely related capacity, including a history of shipping complex GTM systems initiatives at high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
Direct background managing at least one billing, CRM, CPQ, or quote-to-cash systems initiative from conception to completion.
Functional familiarity with go-to-market infrastructure like Salesforce and system connectivity to evaluate trade-offs and guide engineering discussions.
Proven capacity to persuade and align senior stakeholders across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales without formal reporting authority.
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities capable of translating technical initiatives into concise executive summaries.
Comfort navigating ambiguous environments and applying appropriately sized, simple, AI-enabled operational frameworks.
