Key Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy for large-scale enterprise engagements and partner with Account Executives to navigate regulated industries.
Build formal Business Value Assessments to connect product capabilities to quantifiable financial and operational outcomes.
Integrate AI-native workflows to automate discovery documentation, create multi-tenant architecture diagrams, and analyze customer needs.
Mentor associate and intermediate solutions engineers while refining qualification frameworks and proof-of-value templates.
Translate enterprise client challenges into detailed feedback to directly influence the product and engineering roadmap.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of 6 years of professional background in a pre-sales or solutions engineering capacity.
Demonstrate at least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience within the Kubernetes ecosystem, including control planes and namespaces.
Exhibit strategic thinking to identify enterprise entry points and abandon legacy sales tactics in favor of consultative methods.

Nice to Have

Hold a CKA or CKAD certification along with active involvement in the CNCF or open-source community.
Possess direct background addressing the technical challenges of Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector environments.
