Key Responsibilities

Spearhead features across routing, charging-aware trip planning, and in-vehicle navigation experiences from initial strategy through final delivery.
Collaborate with charging data teams to elevate charging experiences on trips and drive cross-functional product improvements.
Shape discovery and adventure planning tools that assist owners in finding destinations, sharing routes, and planning around electric vehicle charging constraints.
Deliver unified end-to-end features spanning the vehicle interface and the mobile application to ensure a coherent user journey.
Build upon the mapping platform architecture and release model in partnership with platform and mobile product leads.
Oversee full product lifecycles by writing crisp requirements, defining user stories, and collaborating daily with design and engineering teams.
Prioritize product backlogs using owner feedback, application analytics, and third-party quality data while establishing clear success metrics.
Align across organizational boundaries with vehicle software, cloud services, and mapping data teams.
Champion AI-assisted trip planning features to introduce conversational and intelligent recommendation tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience successfully shipping consumer products at scale.
Demonstrated history of taking products from zero to one by driving new concepts through launch.
Comprehensive end-to-end ownership experience spanning strategy, definition, and delivery in close partnership with design and engineering.
Strong analytical fluency including defining metrics, handling raw data, and adjusting execution based on evidence.
Comfort using AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle from research synthesis to prototyping.
Proven skill in synthesizing user insights, technical constraints, and business goals into clear product decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across teams and competing priorities.

Nice to Have

Direct experience working on maps, navigation, location-based services, travel, or trip-planning products.
Familiarity with electric vehicles, EV charging networks, range prediction, and route planning with range constraints.
Experience within automotive, mobility, or connected device sectors, specifically in-vehicle or infotainment systems.
Background developing and launching mobile applications for iOS or Android.
Hands-on involvement with AI-assisted or LLM-powered product experiences.
Familiarity with mobile and vehicle analytics platforms such as Firebase.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position features a competitive base salary ranging from $132,100 to $181,600 USD per year. Eligible employees may participate in an annual company performance bonus program subject to discretionary terms and active employment status. The role is also eligible for Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) subject to board approval and vesting requirements.
