Role Overview

As a core member of the design team, the professional will act as the dedicated design partner for multiple zero-to-one initiatives in the AI Foundry portfolio. The individual will handle everything from initial concepts to live product iterations, defining how consumer AI agents feel and function. Responsibilities include moving rapidly from ambiguous ideas to testable concepts while accepting that some projects will conclude quickly based on learnings.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete product design lifecycle across multiple early-stage AI Foundry initiatives from conception through launch and continuous iteration.
Design core artificial intelligence agent interactions, such as conversational interfaces, onboarding steps, messaging, and trust permissions.
Develop and evolve a unified design language specifically for agentic products to maintain consistency across different applications.
Progress swiftly from ambiguity to tangible concepts by using low-fidelity sketches, prototypes, and live experiments.
Translate product requirements into polished layouts alongside product management and engineering teams.
Coordinate with marketing, customer success, and customer experience teams on go-to-market deliverables like store placements and emails.
Utilize generative prototyping and AI-assisted tools to accelerate design velocity and improve user flows.
Ensure alignment with the established Oxygen design system while creating new patterns for novel AI interactions.
Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with everyday consumers.
Present design strategies and rationale to stakeholders and integrate feedback into ongoing cycles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product or UX design, focusing on consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
Strong core capabilities in end-to-end product design, including interaction design, visual design, and UX flows.
Familiarity with designing trust frameworks or permissions where autonomous agents act on behalf of users.
Capacity to work autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with limited dedicated design support.
Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Prior experience designing conversational, AI-powered, or agentic consumer product experiences.

Skills and Tools

Figma and modern prototyping platforms

Mature design systems adaptation, including Oxygen
