Role Overview

MoneyLion is seeking a Principal, Growth Platforms & Decisioning to lead innovative growth strategies, platforms, and AI-driven decision-making capabilities. This remote-friendly, full-time senior individual contributor position is based out of Kuala Lumpur and reports to the Head of Martech & AI Decisioning. The ideal professional thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses a strong drive to transform complex data into personalized customer lifecycle and in-product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics of AI decisioning and growth programs to foster revenue and operating efficiency.
Establish operating parameters for AI decisioning systems, which include target audiences, routing logic, frequency rules, and rigorous safety guardrails.
Utilize customer signals and data models to identify new opportunities, diagnose campaign performance, and accelerate decision-making.
Collaborate extensively with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Lifecycle teams to convert growth concepts into robust digital experiences.
Design and refine the growth technology ecosystem to ensure that tools like Snowflake, Iterable, and Hightouch integrate smoothly into reusable organizational capabilities.

Requirements

Bring at least 7 years of professional experience spanning growth, product management, martech, marketing analytics, decisioning, or CRM disciplines.
Demonstrate a proven history of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial ambiguity to measurable business outcomes.
Possess robust knowledge of experimentation frameworks, such as A/B testing, holdout groups, attribution, and incrementality.
Exhibit strong technical judgment and the capability to connect data, models, systems, and business workflows into transparent priorities.
Display comfort using AI-powered systems, automation tools, and emerging digital technologies to drive enterprise value.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills alongside high autonomy, leadership, and a sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

Prior background utilizing specific marketing automation and customer data platforms like Hightouch, Iterable, or Braze.
Previous sector experience working within fintech, consumer technology, digital subscriptions, or online marketplaces.
