Role Overview

The Sr. Global Alliance Director, NVIDIA and AI Clouds at vCluster Labs is a full-time remote position based out of the San Francisco headquarters or operating globally. This role suits an experienced alliance leader ready to drive the strategic partnership that shapes how global AI infrastructure and factories are built.

Key Responsibilities

Own the worldwide alliance strategy, serving as the primary point of contact for NVIDIA regarding executive alignment, program agreements, and business reviews.
Champion vCluster within NVIDIA's platform stack, open-source AI factory frameworks, and bare-metal tenancy initiatives to build a robust sell-to motion.
Design, launch, and scale repeatable co-sell plays targeting NVIDIA Cloud Partners, GPU-specialized AI Clouds, sovereign AI programs, and enterprises.
Drive technical and marketing alignment by communicating NVIDIA technology requirements, such as DPU/DPF and BlueField data paths, DGX and SuperPOD environments, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise, directly to vCluster Product and Engineering.
Construct multi-party ecosystem plays combining NVIDIA, vCluster, and OEM, storage, and GSI partners around joint reference architectures and demand generation.
Track and report partner-sourced pipeline, joint bookings contributions, certification milestones, and field activation while utilizing MEDDPICC methodology.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner sales, business development, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise software or AI infrastructure.
Proven track record of managing an NVIDIA alliance, co-selling with NVIDIA field teams, and operating within the NVIDIA Partner Network and GPU ecosystem.
Working understanding of NVIDIA technologies, Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to mobilize cross-functional teams without direct organizational control.
Disciplined qualification approach with forecasting hygiene and reporting discipline.
Comfort operating in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment with a builder's instinct.

Nice to Have

Existing live network across NVIDIA partner programs, solutions architecture, or field sales.
Experience positioning open-source-born platforms inside large vendor ecosystems.
History of building OEM, storage, or GSI plays around an anchor silicon partner.
MBA or equivalent commercial depth.
