About this role

Role Overview

The Solutions Consultant position is a remote role based in Portugal within the Customer Experience team at Immersive Labs, covering the METNA, Europe, and APAC regions. This role suits an energetic cybersecurity professional who thrives on managing a high-volume, fast-paced customer lifecycle across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customized product demonstrations and manage in-platform free trials with coaching sessions to showcase live value to prospects.
Assess solution fit and address technical questions or potential blockers early in the sales cycle.
Manage the initial 60 days of customer onboarding, running kick-off sessions, light-touch integration guidance, and monthly check-ins.
Drive adoption through one-to-many activities such as webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps.
Support the phased migration of standard customers to the Immersive One Core platform and assist with expansion opportunities.
Partner closely with inside sales representatives and customer operations while acting as the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a similar technical customer-facing role within SaaS or cybersecurity.
Capability to handle high-volume and fast-paced accounts using repeatable workflows.
Confident presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences in one-to-one and one-to-many formats.
Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
Knowledge of information security concepts, compliance standards, and domains.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with product-led growth or digitally-led customer motions.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, public cloud environments, and security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, intrusion detection systems, and anti-malware.
