Role Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, fully remote position based in the United Kingdom with Immersive Labs. This professional will shape positioning and messaging while building out sales enablement and ramp programs for cybersecurity solution areas. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced marketer who thrives on translating technical concepts into clear, engaging, and sales-ready stories.

Key Responsibilities

Own messaging training and ramp programs that get sales fluent and confident quickly, covering onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification.
Develop positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas using customer, market, and competitive insight.
Build sales-ready collateral such as battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmaps and competitive differentiation, translating them into jargon-free content.
Support end-to-end product launches to ensure the sales team is trained and equipped prior to day one.
Gather direct feedback from sales regarding what messaging lands effectively to continuously sharpen training and content.
Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs and report back on performance.

Requirements

Five to eight years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related field, preferably within B2B SaaS.
Proven background in building and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into straightforward, jargon-free messaging.
Comfortable working autonomously across multiple solution areas concurrently while prioritizing effectively.
Strong cross-functional instincts to collaborate with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams in the UK and US.
Sharp writing and presentation abilities to make complex concepts simple and engaging.

Nice to Have

Understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk.
Experience utilizing enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.
