Role Overview

The Solutions Consultant (Cyber Security) role is a remote position based in Poland, operating within the customer experience team to support the METNA, Europe, and APAC regions. This opportunity suits an experienced cybersecurity professional who thrives on high-volume, fast-paced customer interactions spanning pre-sales, technical onboarding, and ongoing enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customized product demonstrations and manage in-platform free trials to prove live value to prospective clients.
Assess solution fit and address technical questions early while maintaining deep platform knowledge.
Execute structured, two-month customer onboarding programs, guiding new accounts through initial check-ins and kick-offs.
Conduct one-to-many enablement activities such as webinars, workshops, and digital bootcamps to drive large-scale adoption.
Support the migration of standard customers to the core platform and identify opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate closely with inside sales and customer operations to relay customer feedback to product and engineering groups.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or sales engineering.
Background working within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
Ability to manage high-volume account portfolios using repeatable, time-boxed processes.
Strong presentation skills capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences in group formats.
Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, networking, databases, software development, and information security standards.

Nice to Have

Hands-on familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience utilizing security tools including firewalls, SIEM, IDS, and anti-malware.
Exposure to public cloud environments and product-led growth strategies.
