Sarvam AI is hiring a Solution Architect for a full-time position based in Delhi within the Sales and GTM department. Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete pre-sales cycle for assigned accounts, covering discovery, technical proposals, and pilot design.
Design and present customized product demos matching the specific industry, use case, and technical requirements of prospects.
Draft comprehensive proposals, solution architecture documents, commercial models, and RFP or RFI responses alongside sales leads.
Collaborate with product teams and Forward Deployed Software Engineers to evaluate technical feasibility and set pilot success criteria.
Share structured client feedback and feature gaps directly with product development teams.
Prepare reusable demo materials, case studies, proposal templates, and battlecards to support broader team efforts.
Participate in pipeline reviews and deal discussions by providing timeline updates, data, and risk assessments.

Requirements

Three to five years of professional experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or product-facing go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to explain complex technical topics in clear, outcome-focused terms.
Solid understanding of technical concepts including APIs, AI or ML workflows, and cloud infrastructure without requiring active coding.
Demonstrated capability in drafting formal solution documents, decks, or enterprise proposals.
High attention to detail for managing timelines, maintaining flawless proposals, and running seamless demonstrations.
Readiness to quickly master the full proprietary technology stack.

Nice to Have

Previous background working with conversational AI, AI or ML products, or language technology.
Prior engagement supporting government clients or major Indian enterprises.
Understanding of regional language ecosystems and the unique demands of deploying multilingual artificial intelligence.
Professional history in business analysis, consulting, or solutions engineering.
