The Software Engineering Intern will collaborate closely with Product, AI, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to develop secure and intuitive systems that provide tangible value to customers. Interns will gain practical, hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, from initial coding and testing through to production deployment and presentation of work to leadership.

What you will do
- The intern will take ownership of projects, managing them from coding and testing all the way through to deployment in production, including presenting the final work to peers and leaders.
- Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code that adheres to team standards, utilizing AI-assisted development tools daily for coding tasks.
- The role involves building familiarity with the supported systems and the users they serve, incorporating this perspective into product discussions.
- Interns will debug issues within their assigned areas, follow established escalation procedures, and treat quality assurance as a high priority.
- Collaboration is key, involving participation in code reviews, pair programming sessions, design reviews, and technical documentation.
- Depending on the team, work may involve retrieval over large document collections, developing interfaces for AI system collaboration, or working on multi-region compute infrastructure.
- The intern will also evaluate frontier models alongside senior engineers.
What you need
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Previous internship experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- A strong technical foundation is necessary, including solid general computer science knowledge.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go is required.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates decisiveness, a bias toward action, and the ability to move forward rather than stalling.
