Key Responsibilities

Build the foundational architecture and APIs that AI agents rely on for rapid and consistent code conversion.
Create fundamental code conversion techniques, robust data migration and validation pipelines, and automatic testing components.
Collaborate and iterate with the FDE team to provide quick feedback on prototypes and early products.
Follow company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data and keeping customer information secure.

Requirements

Strong software engineering experience in Python with a focus on performance, reliability, and distributed systems.
Practical experience building agentic AI applications, specifically in code generation or computer control.
History of contributions to open-source agentic frameworks including AutoGen or LangChain.
Deep comprehension of backend architectures, API design, and distributed systems.
High agency with the ability to independently push projects forward, take ownership, and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to Have

Experience utilizing GoLang for high-performance backend services.
Strong understanding of ETL, ELT, and big data transformation pipelines.
Proficiency in data engineering tools such as dbt, Spark, Airflow, or Kafka.
Familiarity with event-driven systems, streaming architectures, and asynchronous processing.
Background optimizing large-scale data pipelines regarding performance and cost efficiency.
Background as a former founding engineer who built and owned major technical projects.
