Key Responsibilities

Direct, mentor, and expand the engineering team while fostering an environment centered on planning, accountability, and professional growth.
Establish and execute the product vision and strategic roadmap to transform the software development life cycle for all company engineers.
Produce measurable reductions in code review times, provide developers access to modern models and harnesses, and build foundational paths for agentic codebases.
Maintain operational excellence by managing on-call health, handling incident responses, conducting postmortems, and balancing project execution with ongoing support.
Navigate a rapidly changing domain by making informed decisions quickly and staying updated on industry advancements.

Requirements

Minimum of fifteen years of professional software engineering experience.
At least five years of leadership experience managing a technical engineering team, combining people management, roadmap ownership, and technical judgment.
Demonstrated practical background utilizing modern artificial intelligence tools focused on productivity.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to align cross-functional stakeholders and secure agreement.
Customer-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable results in reliability, performance, and usability.

Nice to Have
