Role Overview

CreatorIQ is seeking a Software Engineer for Measurement & Reporting to join the team in Warsaw on a full-time employment contract basis. This fully remote role within Poland suits a software professional with a passion for data intelligence and clean coding who wants to build systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Build and extend measurement and reporting systems utilized by thousands of CreatorIQ clients daily.
Develop AI-enabled product functionality, such as MCP servers making measurement data accessible to AI-driven workflows.
Translate complex analytical requirements into clear SQL and application logic.
Deploy updates and execute production database schema migrations safely within large production environments.
Apply test-driven development strategies and build test harnesses to maintain system dependability.
Deconstruct complex data problems into manageable, deliverable steps.
Utilize AI-assisted coding tools during day-to-day development workflows.
Communicate technical and analytical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong comprehension of SQL and analytical logic, including experience with ORMs or query builders.
Proficiency in TypeScript and the Node ecosystem.
Hands-on experience modifying large production systems, deploying updates, and managing database schema migrations.
Background in constructing analytical or data aggregation systems.
Commitment to test-driven development and testing strategies.
Working knowledge of modular design and application architecture.
Experience working with Docker and CI pipelines.
Daily familiarity with AI-assisted coding assistants.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python and the Python data analysis ecosystem.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary ranging from 231,000 to 289,000 PLN.
Employment contract.
