About this role

The Director of Product, Workflows position at CreatorIQ in Warsaw offers an opportunity to lead product teams in transforming enterprise creator marketing operations around artificial intelligence. This remote-friendly role is ideal for an experienced product leader with a builder's mindset who wants to eliminate manual handoffs and scale complex workflows without increasing headcount.

Role Overview

CreatorIQ is seeking a Director of Product, Workflows to take ownership of the operational core that global brands and agencies use to run influencer marketing programs. The job involves turning separate features like discovery, lists, community, campaigns, and messaging into a single, cohesive operation. The main mandate is to rebuild legacy manual processes using agentic AI, ensuring that enterprise customers can scale their programs seamlessly while humans focus strictly on decisions requiring critical judgment. This role operates within a flexible work model that combines remote work and collaboration across distributed time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end workflow, connecting discovery, lists, community, campaigns, and messaging into a continuous, largely automated experience.
Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers, setting performance standards and enabling them to own their respective surfaces.
Decide which manual workflows should be automated, simplified, replaced, or removed entirely.
Establish a robust trust model covering provenance, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, failure handling, and clean rollbacks for enterprise AI features.
Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on core architecture, data models, APIs, bulk operations, and permissions.
Prioritize competing demands across teams and communicate tradeoffs clearly using strong written documentation.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years managing other product managers.
Extensive experience owning a broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS surface that serves as the customer's daily operational tool.
Hands-on builder mindset with experience utilizing AI tools to prototype solutions rather than relying solely on text documents.
Practical fluency in AI mechanics such as retrieval, tool use, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and agent limitations.
Strong technical proficiency regarding data models, API design, schemas, CRUDL, and third-party integrations.
Exceptional written communication skills suited for an asynchronous, documentation-driven work environment.
Low-ego, self-driven attitude with a strong sense of initiative and ownership over outcomes.

Nice to Have

Experience with influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech solutions.
Experience building search, discovery, or recommendation products, including semantic or multimodal search.
Experience shipping CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle products.
Experience launching AI features into enterprise accounts involving governance, auditability, and complex permissions.
