Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, the individual will shape how the brand speaks to the cloud-native and artificial intelligence communities across LinkedIn and X. This position involves turning complex architectural concepts into clear, engaging social content while maintaining strict content calendars and active community management.

Key Responsibilities

Own the content calendar by planning, writing, and publishing weekly posts on X and LinkedIn while staying two weeks ahead.
Extract deep architectural insights from leadership to build high-impact published content.
Manage the community by responding thoughtfully to mentions, comments, and direct messages.
Execute fast-paced reactive distribution when major cloud-native or AI infrastructure events and announcements happen.
Cover priority global events and summits in real time through live updates, threads, and post-event structural summaries.
Maintain high editorial standards to protect the corporate brand voice and push back on low-impact material.

Requirements

Infrastructure literacy with enough understanding of the landscape to write credibly for platform and DevOps teams.
Proven platform mastery with an opinionated view on winning on X and LinkedIn, backed by developer-centric accounts previously scaled.
Strong calendar discipline to build and maintain structured content plans with a default two-week safety buffer.
Excellent balance of speed and corporate judgment for instantaneous trend capitalization and message alignment.
Strong analytical rigor focused on sparking genuine community conversation, distribution momentum, and traffic rather than vanity metrics.

Nice to Have

Background managing social channels for developer tools, open-source ecosystems, or MLOps and AI infrastructure.
Direct experience ghost-writing for executives to translate technical expertise into human narratives.
Basic video clip selection and editing skills for turning product demos into engaging social cuts.
Comfort working independently on the ground at large industry events.
