The SEO team at Fever engineers visibility across the entire discovery ecosystem, operating on traditional search engines, LLMs, local listings, and third-party integrations. This group combines data, technical excellence, and strategic thinking to drive organic growth revenue while shaping how users discover experiences globally.
Fever is seeking a Technical SEO Lead based in Madrid to own the technical health and structural integrity of massive transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and a global white-label network. Reporting to the SEO Manager, this practitioner will leverage advanced technical skills such as large-scale log analysis, CDN performance optimization, and structured data implementation. Candidates should possess extensive experience managing technical SEO for high-traffic ecommerce websites, paired with a data-driven mindset and familiarity with AI-powered search optimization.
What you will do
- Analyze, define, and optimize information architecture across feverup.com, white label websites, and other Fever group properties.
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility to support processing for both traditional search engines and emerging LLM platforms.
- Monitor performance, establish success KPIs, and track methodologies through large-scale log analysis and dashboarding tools like ELK, BigQuery, or Splunk.
- Partner with Data, Product, and Systems teams to execute the technical roadmap and conduct rigorous experiments that increase traffic and ranks.
- Audit and measure engineering developments, implementing changes proactively to prevent visibility losses.
- Stay current with search industry changes to propose rapid adaptations aligned with evolving SEO and GEO requirements.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience as a technical SEO for ecommerce or high-traffic websites spanning at least 7 years.
- Background working with international sites and adapting global SEO strategies for local markets.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs to build SEO solutions, automate workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, including LLM-powered search ecosystems like RAG, citations, and query fan-out.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JS, and CSS alongside familiarity with industry-standard enterprise SEO software.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.
