What you will do
- Design and continuously improve operational workflows across the Secret Media Network to ensure consistent execution between different global regions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and translate them into scalable processes and clear documentation.
- Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement automated solutions using internal systems and artificial intelligence tools.
- Partner with marketing, product, and local teams to align operational capabilities with broader business objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators related to operational efficiency, output, and post-production time.
- Manage critical operational tools and procedures while acting as a bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution.
What you need
- Hold a Master's degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- Bring at least five years of professional experience in strategy consulting, operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management.
- Demonstrate strong capability in process design, workflow optimization, and operational automation.
- Show comfort in working with data to define performance metrics and guide decision-making.
- Maintain a hands-on approach with the ability to transition quickly between strategic planning and execution.
- Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills alongside full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
