FeverUp is seeking an AI Search Innovation Lead based in Madrid to guide brand authority through the next era of search discovery. The SEO team handles global visibility across traditional engines, LLMs, and local listings by combining technical excellence with strategic insights.
In this role, the person will design testing frameworks to measure how large language models construct answers and influence citations. Working alongside product, engineering, and public relations departments, the lead will optimize site architecture, data schemas, and API feeds for generative platforms. This position exists to evolve organic discovery methods and secure authoritative brand presence across emerging AI ecosystems.
What you will do
- Own the strategic evolution of core search practices by integrating methods to secure an authoritative brand presence across major LLMs and generative AI results.
- Design and execute testing to decipher how established search signals influence model citations and generative presence.
- Design and maintain the analytical framework required to measure AI visibility performance over time.
- Proactively integrate new internal and external data sources while providing methodologies to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate intensively with product and engineering groups to ensure data schemas, site architecture, and API feeds are engineered for optimal ingestion by AI models.
- Continuously evaluate new LLM releases, AI models, and emerging platforms, including MCPs, to translate industry developments into actionable testing strategies.
- Design and execute public relations and community conversation strategies aimed at accelerating and measuring model perception.
What you need
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Big Data, or a related STEM field.
- Bring 6 to 9 years of relevant experience working in SEO with a proven history of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills accompanied by a clear bias toward data-based decisions.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Have working knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
- Command proficiency in both written and spoken English.
