Role Overview

FeverUp is hiring a People Operations Data Analyst in Madrid to join the People Analytics team. This full-time position focuses on transforming human resources information into clear insights that support talent strategy and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary reference for human resources data insights to assist human resources, talent, finance, and regional departments with their decisions.
Create and sustain automated reports and dashboards covering key human resources metrics such as headcount, attrition, compensation, performance, and hiring.
Write SQL using BigQuery and model information to ensure reliability, documentation, and reusability.
Develop internal tools and lightweight applications on top of existing data via large language model-assisted development to automate manual tasks.
Design and validate artificial intelligence-driven workflows for human resources data, maintaining strict focus on privacy and access control.
Manage data quality and consistency across systems by detecting, tracing, and resolving issues at the source.
Research new methods and tools to expand the capabilities of the analytics function.

Requirements

Possess one to three years of background in data analytics, with prior human resources analytics considered a plus.
Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree considered an advantage.
Demonstrate strong SQL skills, proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker.
Show hands-on practice utilizing large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to expedite scripting, SQL, or application creation, alongside the judgment to validate results.
Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences and translate data into recommendations.
Understand the handling requirements for sensitive information such as compensation and performance metrics.
Maintain fluency in English, with Spanish language skills considered an advantage.
