Overjet is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the talent team and help scale the high-growth organization in San Mateo, California, with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple technical positions with a focus on speed and bar-raising talent.
Use analytical problem-solving to spot bottlenecks, identify root causes, and design solutions with hiring managers.
Utilize AI agents and AI-driven sourcing to scale recruiting processes and amplify personal and team output.
Leverage market data and candidate insights to shape hiring decisions, leveling, and compensation strategies.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation and closing stages.
Maintain operational excellence in Ashby and other systems while hitting key recruiting metrics, such as a time-to-fill under 60 days for technical roles.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting high-level Bay Area technical talent within hyper-growth settings.
Proven history of hiring senior, staff, and director-level roles across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product departments.
Demonstrated capability in leveraging AI tools and data for sourcing, assessing, engaging, and hiring candidates.
Creative and resourceful mindset with unconventional approaches to difficult-to-fill roles.
Strong critical thinking and root-cause analysis skills to convert insights into practical solutions.
Exceptional relationship-building abilities trusted by both candidates and business partners.
Familiarity with the recruiting tech stack including Ashby and Juicebox, or the ability to learn new tools rapidly.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that demands ownership, excellence, and strong written and verbal communication.
