Role Overview

Overjet is hiring an AI Content Manager to establish the creative vision, standards, and production processes for AI-driven video and visual assets. The position involves setting the creative bar for dental practice owners, enterprise clients, and dental service organization executives while navigating the nuances of generative AI in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Establish the creative vision and production standards for AI-made video and visual content, including decisions on what material to publish.
Produce flagship campaign pieces from initial concept through final cut.
Build, brief, direct, and manage a bench of freelance creators and social contractors.
Collaborate with the Demand Gen team in a creative testing loop to determine which paid and organic concepts scale.
Translate customer wins, research, and product launches into stories targeting SMB, private practice, enterprise, and DSO audiences.
Enforce generative AI rules in healthcare regarding accurate claims, likeness protection, and avoiding shock value.

Requirements

Bring 6 or more years of experience in creative production or direction.
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience directing other creators, freelancers, or agency teams.
Provide a portfolio showcasing finished AI video work.
Demonstrate end-to-end AI video direction capabilities, covering concept, script, storyboard, generation, and editing.
Show strong command of AI video tools such as Runway and Higgsfield.
Use performance data effectively to guide creative decisions.

Nice to Have

Previous experience managing a team of influencers and content creators.
Bachelor's degree, though a strong portfolio of finished work is preferred over formal education.
