Key Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle recruitment processes across technical departments including engineering, data science, machine learning, product, and technical operations.

Design and refine assessment methods, rubrics, and hiring frameworks that support rapid growth without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

Requirements

Bring 5 to 8+ years of dedicated full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startups or developer-tools environments.
Demonstrate a successful track record of hiring senior engineers, data scientists, machine learning practitioners, and technical product managers in competitive markets.
Possess advanced sourcing capabilities, including fluency with GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and non-traditional talent pools.
Maintain sufficient technical fluency to converse credibly with engineers, assess role fit, and evaluate candidate quality beyond the resume.
Thrive in environments characterized by ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced startup execution.
