Key Responsibilities

Drive the complete end-to-end design lifecycle, covering research, information architecture, visual design, and occasional implementation for the AI platform.
Build polished and dependable user interfaces that transform complex code evaluations into clear, trustworthy suggestions.
Establish new interaction patterns, motion design, and micro-interactions for emerging AI workflows like conversational feedback and real-time reviews.
Create, maintain, and scale a unified design system that covers web applications, Git integrations, CLI surfaces, and IDE extensions.
Transform complex data and metrics, including dependency graphs and quality insights, into legible and easy-to-understand visualizations.
Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and artificial intelligence teams to build the product roadmap and ship updates rapidly.
Prototype innovative concepts quickly to communicate future AI capabilities and guide product direction.
Set high benchmarks for design craft and establish best practices across product workflows.

Requirements

Strong background in product design with a portfolio demonstrating high-level UI craftsmanship and creative interaction design.
Ability to ship products quickly in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining strict attention to detail.
AI-native mindset, utilizing modern artificial intelligence tools as creative partners in the daily workflow.
