CodeRabbit is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of AI-driven code reviews across multiple surfaces like IDEs, Git platforms, the CLI, and the web. This full-time position is based in San Francisco with remote flexibility, welcoming candidates across all experience levels who have a passion for developer tools.

Key Responsibilities

Own product problems from end-to-end, steering discovery, definition, delivery, specs, launches, and ongoing iterations.
Engage directly with developers and engineering leaders to gather user feedback and translate insights into functional features.
Monitor frontier AI capabilities to design and build upcoming product features based on future model developments.
Rapidly prototype ideas independently using AI tools to validate concepts before dedicating engineering resources.
Ship products quickly, define clear success metrics prior to launch, and rely on user adoption data to guide decisions.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and market entry.
Bring clarity and structure to unprecedented, highly ambiguous project spaces by proposing clear paths forward.
Senior team members will also be responsible for defining broader product strategy, mentoring peers, and helping build the product culture.

Requirements

Possess sharp product judgment, forming well-reasoned viewpoints using customer feedback, usage metrics, and direct product interaction.
Demonstrate a strong bias for action and a proven track record of shipping fast and taking responsibility for post-launch results.
Demonstrate AI-native workflows by routinely using AI tools for daily tasks like prototyping, analyzing, and writing.
Possess enough technical competence to converse deeply with engineers, read pull requests, and understand model behavior.
Communicate with high clarity to drive decisions, influence without authority, and distill complex concepts for any audience.
Thrive in fast-moving, highly ambiguous environments with few pre-existing conventions or rules.

Nice to Have

Background working at developer-focused companies such as GitHub, Vercel, Postman, or Datadog, or building AI/ML products.
Practical understanding of software development practices and Git workflows.
Prior experience as a founder or early-stage operator who managed commercial outcomes.
Familiarity with product-led growth, platform integrations, or enterprise adoption strategies.
