Role Overview

In this position, the professional sits within product management and splits time between driving the reporting product roadmap with engineering and leading client integration and deployment programs. Coordinate security reviews, BAAs, and data-use agreements for new integration partners.
Build repeatable playbooks, runbooks, and KPI dashboards to track time-to-go-live, defect rates, and adoption.
Drive cross-functional execution of roadmap initiatives across the reporting product line with engineering, design, implementations, and clinical teams.
Manage program schedules, scope, dependencies, and risks while overseeing release coordination and QA sign-off.
Lead the rollout of major features and own cross-functional communication for large reporting initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software or healthcare-IT environment.
Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing integration and deployment programs, including enterprise or health-system go-lives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge technical engineers and clinical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently read interface specs, inspect live messages, and isolate integration failures across HL7 v2, FHIR, DICOM, and interface engines like Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf.

Nice to Have

Enterprise healthcare delivery experience in regulated environments with knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and SOC 2.
Track record leading complex integrations and go-lives with large health systems or radiology groups.
Change-management experience with radiologist end users.
Exposure to clinical AI regulatory considerations, risk management, and FDA approvals.
Experience collaborating with AI and machine learning engineering teams.
