Prepare and review legal-entity forecasts, annual effective tax rate analyses, cash-tax projections, and interim provision updates.
Direct outsourced federal, state, local, and international income tax compliance, including extensions, estimated payments, and foreign statutory filings.
Manage recurring and special projects involving research credits, IRC Section 382 limitations, state apportionment, and corporate tax attributes.
Handle income tax audits and notices by developing fact patterns, tracking positions, and managing information requests.
Support international expansion by assisting with new foreign entities, data center launches, permanent-establishment risk, and local compliance.
Maintain transfer-pricing policies, intercompany agreements, and supporting documentation.
Build scalable tax processes and documented review controls in preparation for public-company reporting and SOX expectations.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Infrastructure, and Procurement teams to integrate tax considerations into significant business contracts and investments.

Eight or more years of relevant corporate tax experience gained through public accounting or an in-house role within a complex multi-entity business.
Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, US GAAP tax accounting, and financial-statement tax disclosures.
Solid foundation in US federal corporate tax, with experience overseeing multi-state and international income tax compliance via external advisers.
Working knowledge of international tax concepts, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions.
Proven ability to coordinate audits, technical analyses, and cross-functional projects under strict deadlines.
Excellent analytical, project-management, and communication skills paired with high ethical standards.
