About this role

This role focuses on scaling the go-to-market organization at Coram AI, a company building a cloud-native platform that leverages computer vision and AI for video security. The Senior Strategy & Operations Manager will be instrumental in shaping how the company scales its operations and achieves its growth objectives. The day-to-day involves identifying business challenges, defining strategic priorities, and leading cross-functional initiatives from initial problem framing through to implementation and measuring tangible results. This position requires a blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build the necessary systems and automations for future growth.

This individual will collaborate extensively with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to resolve ambiguous problems and refine critical go-to-market processes. A key function is designing and deploying AI agents and automations to enhance the speed and quality of GTM execution, reducing manual effort. The role exists to ensure that Coram AI's operational structure keeps pace with its ambitious mission of transforming video security through multimodal LLMs and computer vision.

Candidates who excel in combining strategic planning with practical execution, who can influence stakeholders without formal authority, and who are adept at building scalable processes will thrive in this environment. This is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational puzzles and seeing their improvements directly translate into business outcomes.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, manage trade-offs, secure necessary decisions, and drive execution across various teams.
  • Design and scale processes and systems aimed at improving revenue team productivity, operational visibility, and the customer journey.
  • Build and deploy AI agents and automations to decrease manual tasks and enhance the speed and quality of GTM execution.
  • Lead the implementation and change management process, ensuring that new processes and tools are adopted and deliver their intended impact.
  • Anticipate potential risks, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum on cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic setting.
  • Communicate clear recommendations, progress updates, and final results to leadership, linking operational enhancements to business results.

What you need

  • Possesses five to seven years of experience in strategy and operations, revenue/sales operations, business operations, or a related field, ideally gained at a B2B technology company.
  • Demonstrated capability in creating and leading complex, cross-functional workstreams, moving from an unclear starting point to measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions when not holding formal authority, and building consensus among competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including advanced spreadsheet proficiency and the capacity to convert data into actionable recommendations.
  • A solid understanding of go-to-market motions, revenue processes, and the operational hurdles associated with scaling a B2B organization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing tools, systems, and processes that teams adopt and rely upon.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to build agents or automations to improve business workflows.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including knowledge of architecture, workflows, data quality, and reporting.
