CloudZero is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager, Agentic Practice to own and evolve a core product area within the cloud cost intelligence and FinOps platform. This remote-friendly full-time role is based out of San Francisco, California, and is ideally suited for an AI-native product professional with a strong blend of technical depth and direct customer focus.

Role Overview

CloudZero is looking for an experienced product manager to drive strategy, roadmap development, and execution for a core product area within the financial control plane for AI and cloud spend. This position operates in an enterprise, direct-sales environment where candidates must balance technical fluency with rigorous market discovery. The role suits professionals who built foundational expertise in another discipline like engineering, finance, or DevOps prior to moving into product management.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for a core CloudZero product area.
Gather and synthesize market intelligence from existing enterprise customers, prospects, churned accounts, industry practitioners, and analysts.
Translate market signals into clear product hypotheses, define success metrics, and track OKRs tied to customer value and revenue impact.
Lead full-stack product development from discovery to delivery, writing actionable requirements and user stories.
Build interactive prototypes using coding agents like Cursor or Claude Code to validate intent before engineering commits.
Support pre-sales activities including enterprise demos, customer calls, and roadmap discussions, while partnering with sales engineering and product marketing.
Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Requirements

Three to four or more years of experience operating as a Product Manager on a B2B SaaS product.
Proven expertise in a prior discipline such as engineering, product marketing, sales engineering, technical account management, finance, DevOps, or cloud operations.
Experience managing products in data-intensive domains like analytics platforms, AI/ML-enabled products, or cloud infrastructure tooling.
Experience working with UI-heavy products such as dashboards, developer tools, or visualization-rich applications.
Full-stack product management background spanning both pre-sales and post-sales functions.
Working fluency with AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to translate requirements into working prototypes.
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to communicate rationale and technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

Experience in FinOps, finance, DevOps, or cloud cost management.
Familiarity with modern cloud data stacks including AWS, GCP, or Azure billing data, data warehouses, and ETL pipelines.
Comfort analyzing product usage telemetry, writing basic SQL queries, and operating DevOps or SRE tooling.
Background in developer-focused product environments or working on teams practicing agentic development end-to-end.
Experience shaping pricing, packaging, or value metrics in SaaS products.
